\nWe will enter your nuptial or partnership agreement in the court\u2019s matrimonial property register. This is a public register, which means that any creditors can see the conditions under which you entered into your marriage or civil partnership. Sch\u00e4fer Notarissen keeps the original deed securely in our safe at our office in Nuenen or Eindhoven as a record of your agreement.
