Payment
\n<\/strong><\/span>When the new shareholder acquires their shares, he\/she will need to pay for them. If the bv<\/em> has issued new shares, the payment goes into the bv<\/em>. If the shares have been purchased from existing shareholders, the money goes to those shareholders.<\/p>\n

Amending the articles of association<\/strong><\/span>
