Amending a pre- or post-nuptial agreement or partnership agreement
Already have a nuptial agreement but want to make changes to it? A civil-law notary is required for this and we will be happy to be of service. Matrimonial property register
We will enter your nuptial or partnership agreement in the court’s matrimonial property register. This is a public register, which means that any creditors can see the conditions under which you entered into your marriage or civil partnership. Schäfer Notarissen keeps the original deed securely in our safe at our office in Nuenen or Eindhoven as a record of your agreement. You and your partner will, of course, also be given your own copies.
