We’ll give you advice, taking a customer-friendly approach and making sure you get to experience the same warm and relaxed atmosphere that we are familiar with as employees.

We’re here for our employees. When you join Schäfer Notarissen, you become part of a warm, friendly and open team. We advise and support each other, and enjoy a laugh together too. It feels like I’ve been working here for years, and I enjoy going into the office every single day. People are open about any difficulties they’re going through, and the challenges we face in our field of work, but also share the good experiences they have. We stop to reflect on any setbacks and our successes are celebrated. There are also office lunches, fun team outings and spontaneous gatherings after work and these all go to make our team strong and easy-going.

We’re here for each other. Our management team takes a proactive approach to the needs of our employees and opportunities for growth. They focus on how they can support us, either themselves or by linking us up with colleagues. They are alert to the things that would make our jobs easier and enable us to do them better, and take prompt action. They also proactively suggest courses, webinars and symposia. At the moment, staff at both our offices can take advantage of an English course, to make us better at being here for clients who speak other languages too. The course consists of four evening lessons at our Nuenen site, and to make things as easy as possible, they take place straight after work and include something to eat and drink. This once again demonstrates that at Schäfer Notarissen, professionalism and conviviality go hand in hand.
